Content updates cover changes within existing layouts. Unused time does not roll over. Performance optimisation covers routine checks and improvements. New features, substantial development and work outside your plan are quoted separately.

Yes, I can consider a care plan for an existing WordPress website built by another developer. I’ll review its theme, plugins and current condition first. If it needs repair or updates before regular maintenance can begin, I’ll explain that work and quote for it separately.
Complete Care includes 30 minutes of content updates each month. You can also add this to Website Essentials or Shop Support for £20 per month + VAT. This covers text, image and link changes within existing layouts. Unused time does not roll over; new features and larger changes are quoted separately.
No website care plan can guarantee that a website will never have a fault or security issue. Regular updates, monitoring and backups help reduce risk and give us ways to respond when something goes wrong. I’ll explain what has happened and what work is needed.
Website Essentials costs £60, Shop Support costs £80 and Complete Care costs £100 per month, all + VAT. Patchstack protection is £5, quarterly website reviews are £10, performance optimisation is £15 and 30 minutes of monthly content updates is £20 per month as optional extras, all + VAT. Uptime monitoring is a £5 per month + VAT extra for Website Essentials and is included in Shop Support and Complete Care. Complete Care includes all five extras. I will review your website and confirm the scope before we start.
